I recently purchased the pancake mix and it’s been the BEST purchase of a pancake mix not only for my little one but for myself too. I purchased this for my little one. He’s been sick and not eating and today I tried this pancake mix and he ate more than he’s eaten in 2 weeks. He kept going for more. I was so surprised that we had a battle free meal in awhile. The pancakes taste fresh, healthy and not processed. They were soft and so simple to make. I added an egg, mashed banana and pancake mix. That’s it! It was SO tasty and naturally sweet. I used to make pancakes using oats and mixing too many ingredients which always used to take me a lot of time in the morning. I came across sprout mom and instantly order few things including the pancakes mix. We don’t eat eggs so i was skeptical how the pancakes would turn out without using eggs but they exceeded my expectations. I used banana, cinnamon and little milk to make the batter then made small pancakes. Baby loves them. I am so thankful to have it as it takes me about 10-15 minutes to prepare them (10 minutes just to rest the batter and 5 minutes to make). Definitely be ordering more soon. This was my first attempt and i serve them with banana and homemade berry sauce for little moisture.

But I have one suggestion, your packing and everything is really good but its difficult to take the powder out of the packet even with spoon as it always get stuck inside when i use the spoon. If you could figure out a solution for that, it will be great.😊👍

Packaging is so attractive, my little one wanted to eat one right from the packet 😂
Prepared it next day as breakfast. yogurt had turned sour, so used only one large egg + banana+ 3 tbsp of mix and it blend so well. It didn't require any milk/liquid/yogurt. Rested the batter for 10 mins and cooked small baby size pancake.
Pancakes turned out so flufy n soft, baby enjoyed with no fuss.
Earlier i prepared using plain wheat/oats flour but baby never enjoyed it like these ones.
