I used to make pancakes using oats and mixing too many ingredients which always used to take me a lot of time in the morning. I came across sprout mom and instantly order few things including the pancakes mix. We don’t eat eggs so i was skeptical how the pancakes would turn out without using eggs but they exceeded my expectations. I used banana, cinnamon and little milk to make the batter then made small pancakes. Baby loves them. I am so thankful to have it as it takes me about 10-15 minutes to prepare them (10 minutes just to rest the batter and 5 minutes to make). Definitely be ordering more soon. This was my first attempt and i serve them with banana and homemade berry sauce for little moisture.
